Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking qualified, trained and capable individual to serve as a Medical Records Clerk in the Connecticut National Guard's Non-Clinical Medical Case Management Services Program. The Medical Records Clerk shall correspond with Soldiers and medical/dental offices to obtain information for the Soldier's case management file in support of Soldiers within the Connecticut National Guard. The Medical Records Clerk will represent the interest of Connecticut National Guard, the Adjutant General's office and National Guardsmen while maintaining strictest confidentiality.

Mission
The Medical Records Clerk shall correspond with Soldiers and medical/dental offices to obtain information for the Soldier's case management file in support of Soldiers within the Connecticut National Guard.
Work is scheduled for one year beginning in July and possibly extending up to five years. Work location is Camp Niantic, CT. MHS has three primary goals for Case Management:
- Improve the care, management, and transition of recovering Service members.
- Evaluate the impact of case management on the quality of military health care.
- Broaden application of CM to include those with at-risk needs prior to requiring complex care.
