About the Organization  

The Administrative/Program Assistant will be responsible for supporting compliance management programs; duties will include data entry and analysis, client file maintenance, permit preparation, and communication with clients, contractors and agencies. This position requires the ability to work independently with attention to detail and focus on quality and customer service. The position will require review and analysis of information followed by identification and resolution of issues. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills and general computer skills. Good organizational and multi-tasking skills are also essential.

Position Requirements Minimum Requirements:
> High School Diploma but College degree preferred.
> Proficient with Microsoft Office
> Must be able to set priorities, be self-motivated, and punctual.
> Must have strong communication skills.
> Strong verbal and written communication skills
> Ability to prioritize multiple projects
> Team player
