Assists in handling the help desk calls from employees of the Graham Company.

    6. Troubleshooting Skills
    7. Oral and Written Communications Skills
    8. Technical Process Writing Skills
    9. Project Planning and Management Skills
  2. College Degree preferred
  3. Ability to lift 50 pounds
  4. 3-5 years IT Help desk experience
  5. Schedule based on business needs with occasional after hour/weekend support
