The Sales Planning and Trade Analytics Manager will play a critical role in Suja Sales Strategy application, Business Performance and Budgetary goal reporting, and in supporting the company’s overall S&OP process. This role will report into the EVP of Sales and Planning & will work closely with the EVP of Category Insights to identify, implement and lead new processes and methods to help the Sales team and the entire organization operate efficiently and effectively. Expectation is that this candidate will utilize their experience, intellectual curiosity and passion to be successful in the role by fostering both a disciplined approach and collaborative environment to drive exemplary results.
Overall, we are looking for someone who has excellent business acumen with an in-depth knowledge of Sales Planning and an understanding of the role they play across multiple teams (Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain). The candidate needs to be a critical thinker and have extensive technical and project ownership experience. You must be a self-starter, flexible thinker, and outstanding communicator who is comfortable learning quickly and connecting the dots by using exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills. You must have the ability to synthesize information across disparate data sources and turn into clear and actionable insights. Results will depend on your ability to quickly form both professional and personal relationships with colleagues and drive to rigorous, actionable, user-friendly deliverables. Fast-Track to Director position will be considered for individuals who personify the Suja spirit of driving positive change through entrepreneurial attitude & exemplary results.
