Customer Success Associates are responsible for managing PFL’s Marketing Technology customer base. They deliver customer success through outstanding execution, communication and teamwork.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who excels at developing relationships and has experience in customer success or account management. You must be a professional with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and growing revenue. Analytical skills and experience with digital marketing campaign execution would be ideal.

What You Will Do:
Consult with others to assess and meet organization transformation process
Provide day-to-day management of our customers’ marketing campaigns and programs
Assist in managing customer inventory
Develop innovations that result in changes to existing services, procedures and policies
Maintain strict deadlines and follow-up with customers promptly
Demonstrate consistent logic, rationality and objectivity in decision making
Execute effectively on commitments
Learn about pre-press production tasks, such as file preparation
Learn and effectively work in software applications such as Smartsheet, Slack and various Adobe products
You Should Have:
Skills in dealing effectively with ambiguity and situations where there is not a single right answer
Strong time management skills
Impeccable attention to detail
Familiarity with basic business and accounting concepts
Technical aptitude and desire to learn new technologies
High energy, motivation and be a good team player
