Cambridge Management is looking for a Support and Training Specialist for Real Page/OneSite. This person will help support the roll out of RealPage to new locations as well as provide training and support for new users of the system.

 
Position Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support of remote users of Real Page/OneSite and AMSI systems.
  • Provide troubleshooting and setup of Real Page/OneSite programs related to onsite property operations.
  • Participate in testing efforts related to new functionality, new module, and upgrades to existing modules.
  • Become knowledgeable with company-specific property management and accounting business procedures and needs; continually look for ways to leverage Real Page/OneSite and AMSI’s capabilities to improve efficiency through workflow, automation and process improvement.
  • Assist properties to increase their performance through training on user interfaces and utilization of available reporting and functions.
  • Responsible for working with and supporting the Implementation Team to ensure the quality and consistency of the setup of properties.
  • This position requires travel to train and coach new and existing employees on workflows/procedures related to Real Page/OneSite and AMSI property management software systems via in person, telephone and webinar sessions.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience training and supporting Real Page/OneSite.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in affordable housing industry required.
  • Must be able to mentor and teach core property management procedures.
  • Must have previous experience troubleshooting Real Page/OneSite.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent working experience.
  • Must be able to travel to various sites for support and training purposes.
  • Proficient in providing end user support in accounting, property management and marketing
  • General knowledge of property management processes as they relate to successful multifamily operations.
  • Strong organizational & interpersonal skills with the ability to work with users at all levels.
