Candidate must be committed to ensuring the health, safety, and dignity of the residents and staff, coordinating transportation to and from the day programs, medical appointments, and into the community as scheduled; and completing housekeeping duties.   Position Requirements Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting a plus; strong teamwork skills and flexibility is required. This position requires a valid VA driver's license in good standing with a driving record point balance of zero or greater, with minimal exceptions.
