Our Team:
As a member of the Quality Control Laboratory team, the Quality Control Laboratory Data Reviewer performs reviews and verifies the analytical laboratory data and establish timelines for QC data review. Supports regulatory and external audits. Prepares Lab error trend reports and supports training to the Quality Control Chemists. Records observations and makes recommendations for improving laboratory practices or processes.
What you will be doing:
- The position is accountable for reviewing and verifying Quality Control Laboratory data.
- Ensure that all material / Stability data is tested under strict cGMP conditions and documented as per the good documentation practices.
- Collaborate with the Lab Chemistry Team lead to ensure timely release of material / Stability Data to meet the organization goals.
- Support and collaborate with the Lab Chemistry Team in resolving issues regarding analytical methods, specifications and take necessary steps for corrections.
- Perform, draft and/or review Laboratory investigations report.
- Confirm that all Chemists follow to the cGLP/cGMP, OSHA, Safety, and Health Programs and associated plans.
- Create new SOP's and revise the existing SOP's as applicable.
- Perform trend reports for data review observations and train the chemists to reduce the documentation errors.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the department manager.
What you bring to the team:
- B.S. Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or related discipline is required.
- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical or related laboratory experience.
- Must be familiar with cGMP/GLP practices for analytical laboratory and ICH and FDA guidelines
- Proven analytical data review skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills required combines with an aptitude for multi-tasking
- Fluency in English language, spoken and written.
- Mathematical proficiency.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Prior dietary supplement testing or pharmaceutical industry experience.
