ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC - one of Northern New England's largest law firms - is seeking to fill the position of Legal Administrative Assistant in our Burlington, Vermont office in our Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication, writing, and editing skills (especially proofreading) and be able to work collaboratively with our legal staff, paralegals and attorneys with a professional demeanor. An ability to prioritize projects, meet time sensitive deadlines and multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities for the qualified candidate that joins our team. An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in either a law firm or other professional setting (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and its applications along with the ability to learn new software quickly and work with complex electronic documents is required.
