Share Email Opening Title Applications Engineer (CCC)  Astronics Subsidiary   Location   Description Job Summary The Applications Engineer will be the primary technical interface with a customer and translate customer requirements to internal engineering requirements. Key Responsibilities Be the main technical point of contact on a customer program Translate customer requirements for internal use through development of Control Block Diagrams (CBD's), Switch Block Diagrams (SBD's) system Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP's) and any other documents needed to implement the system Primary owner of System Integration Lab (SIL) for their customer programs Work with all cross-functional engineering teams to ensure their system requirements are understood and implementable Provide time estimates and risk assessments for new system proposals and sustaining project modification activities Act as Astronics CCC system subject matter expert for new program proposals   Position Requirements Requirements BS degree in electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related engineering degree MS degree in Electrical Engineering, or related engineering degree preferred 3-5 years' experience with aircraft complex system inegreation, preferably with Cabin CMS/IFE Systems   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time     About the Organization Astronics Corporation (Nasdaq: ATRO) serves the world's aerospace, defense, and other mission critical industries with proven, innovative technology solutions.
