Miller is seeking an organized and analytical Digital Experience Project Coordinator. You will join the Digital Marketing team in supporting multiple brand websites serving both consumer and industrial welding markets. This role will coordinate initiatives focused on delivering and optimizing a positive website experience for end users and on increasing our marketing effectiveness.

The Digital Experience Project Coordinator will work closely with central and business unit Marketing teams, ITS and outside vendors. Successful candidates should have a technical aptitude, marketing acumen and strong communication skills. Because results are as important as execution, having the desire to measure, analyze and test is also essential to the role.

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with technology vendors and ITS to plan, prioritize and schedule fixes and enhancements to the company's public websites
  • Initiate and manage projects to enhance the visibility, usability and effectiveness of sites while adhering to timelines, budget, company guidelines and digital best practices
  • Perform basic page creation and updates to company websites using Sitecore CMS, as needed
  • Monitor and analyze Google Analytics and site feedback to track performance and recommend improvements
  • Proactively collaborate with key internal stakeholders and provide recommendations to assist them in achieving their marketing goals
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing team to evaluate procedures and identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency
  • Keep abreast of digital experience best practices and website technology trends

Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in digital marketing, usability, web development or related field

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience; strong digital knowledge and proven track record in executing digital marketing strategies and solutions in medium to large business.

  • High degree of passion for customer focus; experience using voice or customer, applying best practices and utilizing analytics to drive usability and optimization

  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet timelines and budget

  • Solid working knowledge of search engines, social networks, digital analytics

  • Strong analytical ability and natural curiosity

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
