This position requires tremendous organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly. The successful candidate will be able to learn emerging technology and build a working knowledge of Whidbey Telecom products and services to effectively communicate directly with the community and customers. DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT NECESSARILY BE LIMITED TO: Track, optimize and oversee digital campaigns: Search Engine Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing, and others as developed. Manage marketing campaign activity. Evaluate and report on campaign analytics to identify efficiencies of tactics, Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram Insights. Perform pre, mid and post campaign performance analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses within the campaigns, and implement strategic changes to optimize based on findings. Social Media account management. Website maintenance. Copywriting and digital graphics production. Event staffing including evenings and weekends. Help load and unload event materials including mobile party cart. Coordinate and plan events. Other duties as assigned.   Position Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1 to 2 years marketing experience. Ability to engage community on behalf of Whidbey Telecom in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to communicate with confidence and diplomacy in challenging situations. Demonstrable writing skills. Acute attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects. Ability and willingness to learn new skills and programs. Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite of business applications. Adobe Creative Cloud experience a plus. Experience with WordPress and social media marketing tools desired. Experience and understanding of video and photo editing tools. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed to support events. Pre-employment and ongoing drug screens required. Must be eligible to work in the USA. WA State driver’s license and insurable driving record.
