Description

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, duties will include, but not necessarily be limited to:

  • Coordinate and plan events.
  • Manage the Event Calendar
  • Promote Whidbey Telecom products and services during events.
  • Distribute fun, food treats and beverages at community events.
  • Clean and maintain the Whidbey Telecom party cart.
  • Help load and unload party cart.
  • Light photography documenting the event.
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Able to stand for 3 to 4 hours at a time.
  • Able to safely manage transportation and positioning of cart to event locations.
  • Current food handler’s license preferred but not required.
  • Ability to engage community on behalf of Whidbey Telecom in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Computer skills: able to email, print, create Word and Excel documents.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
  • Pre-employment and ongoing drug screens required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA.
  • WA State driver’s license and insurable driving record.
  • Pass background check.
