Share Email Opening Title Talent Acquisition Partner  About the Organization kaléo is a new type of pharmaceutical company, dedicated to building innovative solutions for serious and life-threatening medical conditions.   Description PURPOSE, OBJECTIVES and FUNCTION: The Talent Acquisition Partner will be an integral member of the Human Resources team by partnering with the business to drive the end-to-end recruiting process from talent selection through onboarding and orientation. As part of the HR team, this resource will also contribute to the overall Human Resources goals and initiatives by striving towards providing an exceptional employee experience through every interaction. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead recruiting process for open requisitions, partnering with hiring managers to drive quality talent selection practices Ensure a superior candidate experience through communication, support and transparency Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies Present qualified slates of candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers In conjunction with hiring managers, select interview panels and ensure alignment of interview/selection strategy Create and present competitive offers to selected candidates Partner with HR team members to shepherd candidates through background checks, onboarding, and orientation Own and contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives Identify and provide solutions for areas of opportunity in the talent acquisition program Analyze HR and talent data to provide insights to the department and business   Open Date 4/1/2019   Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting/Human Resources experience Strong desire to create a best in class talent acquisition experience for both candidates and hiring managers Ability to adapt and flex in a change agile environment Proven experience taking initiative, identifying opportunities, and bringing solutions to fruition Proficient/advanced skills in the following technologies: Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
