Job Summary The Wash Associate is responsible for the wash process (depending on roles); startup, shutdown, quality tests, maintenance and repair, and rebuilding components as needed. Associates will rotate between multiple different roles within the wash plant including control room, plant support, and hopper/conveyor housekeeping/maintenance. Within the Wash Associate position, there are multiple levels that distinguish the level of training/responsibilities determining the roles each associate may rotate. Associate will be responsible for workplace examinations/inspections, identifying hazards, housekeeping, troubleshooting, equipment failure, and process flows. Focus is to ensure a safe, clean and effective work environment while meeting customer needs and complying with quality, environmental, and safety parameters. The roles/responsibilities will be dependent upon the level obtained within the Wash Team. Associate will cross-train into other areas/position and help out with other responsibilities as needed. Willing to hire entry level for housekeeping with potential to train into other roles within the position. Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - High school diploma

- Experience operating heavy equipment a plus
- Flexible work schedule and ability to adjust schedule based on production needs/demands
