Job Summary The scope of the Dry Associate requires safe and efficient operation of the Dry Process; this includes dry screening and blending of sand products to meet quality, production and customer needs. Associates will rotate between multiple different roles within the dry plant including the control room, lab technician, and housekeeping/screenhouse maintenance. Within the Dry Associate position, there are multiple levels that distinguish the level of training/responsibilities determining the roles each associate may rotate. Associate focus includes meeting customer needs, running the plant efficiently, and complying with quality, environmental, and safety paramenters. The roles/responsibilities will be dependent upon the level obtained within the Dry Team. Associate will cross-train into other areas/position and help out with other responsibilities as needed. Willing to hire entry level for housekeeping with potential to train into other roles within the position. Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - High school diploma
- Basic math and reading skills
- Leigible handwriting
- Computer skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good decision making and problem solving skills
- Experience in inventory control, equipment operation, housekeeping, and quality testing a plus
