The primary activities of this job-role will be determined by existing supply chain metrics. The focus of this position will be detecting the root cause of supply chain problems and presenting the results for corrective action. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Monitor KPI’s and prepare regular reports on supply chain performance Facilitate a weekly status meeting with stakeholders to: Review the key-performance metrics Track the status of supply chain improvement projects Understand the supply chain problems in the business Utilize SQL in the creation of queries and/or reports used for analysis Analyze supply chain data to determine patterns and root cause of problems Present results and recommendations to appropriate decision-makers and/or company leadership Coordinate activities to secure the supply chain for special/critical operations (new programs/ first-of-series)   Position Requirements MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related (Business/Finance/Mathematics) field. Three (3) years of experience working with SQL, data mining, analysis, and report creation with one (1) of those years of experience being with supply chain processes (MRP, inventory planning, and warehouse management) May substitute one (1) year of relevant college education for two (2) years of related work experience Strong communication and presentation skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Familiar with relational databases, MRP & ERP systems Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to function throughout the total facility with or without reasonable accommodation   Location Little Rock   This position is currently not accepting applications.
