Description

Ensures successful operation of the Tax Status Reporting Product in accordance with company's objectives. To foster a quality work environment for the department's employees and provide the training, feedback and support necessary for development of the employee's skills and achievement of career goals. Responsible for ensuring LERETA's professionalism with the tax collecting agencies and customers consistently receive accurate and timely responses to inquiries concerning tax service and property tax matters.

Planning:

  • Assists the Manager in planning and directing the daily workflow within the Tax Status Reporting (TSR) Department Manage the gathering and recording the Teams daily statistics and accurately prepare reports for Management.
  • Manages and control assigned special projects in accordance with the Business Partner requirements.1104

Reporting:

  • Ensures the Customer orders, inquiries; data gathering of the tax status and agency correspondence are processed to meet the company's and Business Partner standards for quality, accuracy and timeliness.

Team Building:

  • Motivates Team and participate in cross training personnel.
  • Encourages and supporting employee suggestions for work improvements.
  • Enforces company policies and serve as a role model.

Communication:

  • Processes TSR functions: customer orders, inquiries, data gathering, check processing, keying, QC, auditing, delivery, management and customer reports.
  • Assertively communicates status of assignments and effectively communicate suggestions for improving the department's performance to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
  • Coordinates the implementation of new policy and procedures.

Administrative tasks and training:

  • Assumes the Manager's role in his/her absence.
  • Assists the team to ensure financial expense goals and production standards are met.
  • Assists Manager with the annual budget and monthly reforecast.
  • Works with other Teams throughout the organization.
  • Ensures all assigned employees receive appropriate tools and job training.

This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department.

 
Position Requirements
  • 3 years of related experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
