What You Will Be Doing Under the supervision of the Regional Directory and is responsible for the management and execution of the clinical operations. Primary Job Responsibilities - Development of Treatment Plans, Behavior Plans, and Individual Educational Plans (IEPs) from data collected by Behavior Specialist/Analyst and/or Classroom Instructors/Clinic Coordinators/Intervention Specialists.
- Train Behavior Specialist/Behavior Analysts on the development of Treatment Plans and Behavior Plans and Classroom Instructors/Clinic Coordinators/Intervention Specialists on IEPs.
- Evaluate Behavior Specialist/Analyst’s performance on the development of Treatment Plans and Behavior Plans, training staff, and performance on parent meetings/training on a quarterly basis.
- Evaluate Classroom Instructor/Clinic Coordinators/Intervention Specialist’s performance on the development of IEPs, meetings/training of staff, and parent meetings/training on a quarterly basis.
- Run and train Behavior Specialist/Analyst and Classroom Instructor/Clinic Coordinators/Intervention Specialists meetings for management purposes.
- Direct supervision of all day-to-day operations of the designated program.
- Conduct research within the designated program as directed.
- Present behavior plans to Behavior Review Committee.
- Perform skills/educational assessments when available and designate these to appropriate staff for enrollment or monitoring of treatment/education.
- Conduct ongoing research and education along with providing staff development to enhance the designated program.
- Provide supervision of those working towards BCBA certification.
- All other duties as assigned by the Regional Director.
