Job duties would include: Accurately complete all assigned paperwork and data within the designated time frame. Develop, follow and revise documents including assessments and Individual Abuse Assessment and Prevention Plans. Maintain and assure service-related data are complete, accurate and in compliance with 245D and other regulatory standards. Ensure accurate daily charting for assigned individuals. Participate in team meetings Provide direct care and support service delivery by: Uphold all protection and service-related rights Support and encourage the individual’s independent living skills, such as: maintaining their appearance, health care needs, age-appropriate social skills, etc. Follow Funds Management and Safekeeping Policy when accessing monies or property. Job Coaching Ensure the use of the least restrictive interventions necessary to support achievement of outcomes and personal goals.
