Dassault Falcon Jet one of the most sought after brands in business aviation is seeking a Manager of Falcon Care Program at our Headquarters in Little Ferry, New Jersey. Under the direction of the Sr Manager, FalconCare and Warranty Programs, the Manager, FalconCare Program is responsible for the adjudication of FalconCare claims following contractual obligations and doing so in a cost effective and timely manner. This position provides technical expertise to all FalconCare program Administrators, reviews and approves claims/invoices taking into account, contractual, technical and commercial considerations in order to fairly represent the true cost of the Program. This position is responsible for minimizing total claim adjudication process time and improving customer experience with the FalconCare program, while minimizing cost.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Manage the team of FalconCare program administrators and properly assign available resources to pending workload
  • Thoroughly review Service Center invoices and FalconCare customer claims to make sure FalconCare is charged correctly (i.e.: request warranty coverage, recover expenses for commercial programs, and decline unreasonable charges when applicable)
  • Review and approve FalconCare expenses (invoices and claims)
  • Assist with making final decisions when Admin team is in disagreement with ASC's
  • Act as liaison between Sr. Manager and Admin team which includes passing along new information (i.e.: technical issues, commercial programs, etc.)
  • Ensure monthly invoices to Falcon Care customers for freights and sales tax are issued.
  • Maintain training guidelines for FalconCare program coverage
  • Ensure monthly invoices to FalconCare customers for freight and sales tax are issued
  • Measure, analyze, and report on FalconCare program adjudication turnaround time by Service Center. Produce statistics to Management
  • Maintain the department's policies and procedures
  • Periodically review the department's organization and work assignment
  • Alert management for unusual events; parts, maintenance or financially related
  • Delegation of special projects
  • Ensure FalconCare Procedure Manuals are maintained and up to date
  • Participate in FalconCare strategy meetings
  • Assist in year-end activities including calculation of maintenance accruals
  • Share labor hour experience (ASC feedback) as it relates to task and inspection flat rates
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • FAA Airframe and Power Plant Technician license
  • Ten (10) years aviation maintenance experience
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience
  • One (1) year in a Service Organization with commercial programs experience
  • Pro-active approach to problem solving
  • Familiar with FAA regulations such as Part 145, 91 and 135.
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products and PC Windows business software
  • Demonstrated Leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to clearly transfer technical and financial principles to both internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated experience in business process design and improvement
  • Bachelors Degree with a technical focus (preferably in aviation), or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience maintaining business aviation aircraft
  • Ability to understand French/Spanish
