Share Email Opening Title Maintenance Supervisor  Category Maintenance   Description We are looking for a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR to support our growing healthcare organization with over 50 facilities! Join our team and provide hands-on support of Midwest Eye Consultants facilities and equipment. Previous experience with general electrical, plumbing, and construction skills preferred but not required.   Position Requirements Essential Responsibilities: Oversees, hires, trains, evaluates and creates departmental processes for all maintenance staff. Manages work orders for maintenance staff and allocates resources based on priorities set by the organization. Coordinates general building and equipment maintenance and repairs via the department ticketing system. Manages the company vehicle fleet by ensuring the safe and cost-effective utilization of these assets. Oversees the preventive maintenance of equipment inventory, HVAC systems, and other key facility systems. Tracks maintenance, replacement schedule, repairs and condition of all facilities and equipment. Performs routine and preventative maintenance on lens fabrication machinery and equipment. Tracks performance & expenses related to general maintenance, small projects, equipment, and company fleet vehicles. Ensures maintenance expenses are at or under budget. Performs routine inspections of all buildings and fixed assets including landscaping assessments. Coordinates communication between the maintenance department and practices/Office Managers. Assists with storage management. Assists management in the creation of internal processes and policies related to the safe and effective utilization of MWEC facilities and equipment.
