Our Team:

As a member of the Inbound Customer Care team, the Inbound Customer Care Representative II answers incoming customer service and sales calls, informs callers of ordering options and processes sells. T This position also resolves customer service needs and issues, sets and achieves personal monthly sales goals and performance goals and provides exceptional customer service to every customer at all times. This is a great opportunity to earn an hourly rate and commission on top of it!

What you will be doing:

  • Communicate effectively and work closely with customers to ensure that 100% customer satisfaction is reached
  • Provide customers with product and pricing information, sell and upsell products, and accurately place customer orders into the computer system according to specifications
  • Calculate and analyze figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and shipping
  • Keep open communication with the manager by relaying open and pending issues
  • Use professional communication skills and respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Answer a large volume of incoming calls daily
  • Promptly respond to voicemails, emails and postal mail correspondence
  • Data entry including mail orders and other correspondence
  • Document all customer correspondence
  • Provide accurate sales tracking and forms for customer service functions
  • Research issues including misapplied payments, billing and customer issues
  • Read, analyze, and interpret general and technical procedures within the call center
  • Participate in contests, teambuilding exercises and other collaborative efforts in support of department objectives
  • Consistently logs customer call notes in a variety of order systems

What you bring to the team:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years’ customer service experience
  • One year of related sales experience
  • Intermediate computer skills not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and internet browsers

Preferred Experience:

  • Call center experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish Call center experience
