As an Adult Family Home Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing two Opportunity Inc. licensed Adult Family Homes (AFH) in a manner that furthers the mission and vision of the agency. This includes providing supervision and leadership, training and guidance for the staff as well as ensuring the well-being and safety of each resident. The position is responsible for managing fund allocations, medication management, staff, disciplinary action, resident outcome measurements, and community integration. The position is also responsible for coordinating with the Compliance Coordinator to assure that all licensed facilities meet DHS 88 Regulations and CCCW contractual obligations. This position is also responsible for operating each AFH within budgetary parameters, as well as for developing and implementing individualized goals and objectives in the provision of services. Position Requirements

Qualifications and Physical Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years and a good driving record
  • Must have proof of personal vehicle insurance
  • Ability to pass a criminal and caregiver background check
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including drug test, physical evaluation, and 2 Step TB Test
  • The employee must frequently lift, support, and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift, support, and/or move up to 100 pounds
  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 5 or more continuous hours without sitting down
  • Frequent to occasional, bending, squatting, twisting, and reaching
  • Must be caring and compassionate, and want to make a difference in the lives of our clients
 
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time  
Shift Rotating Days and Evenings  
Hiring Bonus: This position is not bonus eligible.

Schedule Combination of day and evening hours with every other weekend rotation
