What You Will Do
Reply to all internet inquiries within established timeframes
Reply to questions pertaining to new and pre-owned vehicles, trade-ins and promotions
Schedule appointments for sales staff from Internet leads
Communicate effectively with clients according to their preferred method of contact
Continuous learning to keep up-to-date on new products, features, accessories
Complete product and sales training as required
Master written and verbal communication
Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience every time
