Share Email Opening Title 665 Bingo Packager  Location Palace Casino & Hotel   Description POSITION SUMMARY Maintains control and inventories of all bingo papers and supplies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES: Is responsible for checking out key from Main Bank and returning it. Is responsible for daily inventory of bingo paper, pull tabs, and bingo supplies (i.e., glue, daubers, etc.). Prepares requisition form for bingo supplies that will be needed. Is responsible for setting up sales cashiers and floor clerks with bingo papers and supplies that they will need for each session and recording the information along with any add-in. Records ending counts at the end of each session. When differences are found, brings them to the employee's attention. Paperwork then goes to audit cashier. Enters data on Bingo Software System. Is responsible for recording what pull tab games come in as well as when and to whom they are issued. Is responsible for maintaining inventories of prize schedules, serial sheets and floor clerk/sales count sheets. Is responsible for checking and cleaning the bingo supplies and keeping them secure. Is responsible for all paperwork from bingo supplies. Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole. Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training. Maintains confidentiality at all times. Is sensitive to Native American Culture. Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations. Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. Performs other duties as assigned.   Position Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Good attendance and punctuality is a must. Basic math skills. Knowledge of 10 key calculators. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work with other employees professionally. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physically capable of remaining on feet for long periods of time. Subject to internal working conditions, including a smoking environment. EDUCATION AND SKILLS Education Required: High School Diploma or General Education Equivalency (GED). Experience: Six months to one year of bingo-related experience. Computer Skills: Must have strong computer skills.
