Description

The Human Resources Coordinator provides assistance to the Human Resources Department and employees in the areas of payroll, benefits, and new employee orientation.

Department Administration

  • Manages employee files and administers off-site storage of employee records.
  • Maintains certain aspects of the HRIS system related to employee classifications, documents, and on-boarding/termination.
  • Manages the company organization chart.

Employee Events

  • Assists in the development and coordination of employee events.
  • Assists in the development and administration of department and employee competitions.

Front Desk Support

Provides back up support for the front desk receptionist.

 
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year related experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products.
