A Natural Retreats Retreat Manager combines outstanding interpersonal skills with considerable organisational ability and acute attention to detail.
The Retreat Management role is vital for the success of Natural Retreats both in terms of operating the property efficiently, effectively and profitably and in fulfilling the Natural Retreats vision and service for both our guests and our owners. This is an important role which requires the applicant to be very hands-on have a positive 'can do' attitude.
To maintain the properties in our portfolio to the highest standard, ensuring the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.

Hours of Work
Due to the nature of the job, the Retreat Manager should be flexible with his/her hours. This is an hourly position requiring 40 hours per week, although there may be weeks where additional hours or work days are required due to business levels. Weekends are generally working days, which are busy with guest arrivals and departures. 2 days off are allowed per week. Typical working hours are 10am-6pm, although exact hours on specific days may fluctuate at the discretion of the General Manager. All Retreat managers are required to be on-call 2 to 3 nights per week. On call pay is handled in accordance with current on-call pay policies.
