Right At School is a leading education enrichment company that offers before-and after-school programs, at schools across the country. We are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our dynamic and talented team with a FUN culture to support our parents and students.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Respond to inbound phone calls and email inquiries in a timely and personable manner

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our families; understand the family’s core concern, and resolve their issue

  • Quickly and accurately assess the customers’ individual issue and take appropriate action steps to resolve it

  • Follow concerns through to resolution; partner with other teams as needed to resolve concerns

  • Accurately make changes to account as directed by the customer and update notes information

  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

  • Strive to meet quality assurance measurements and department goals

  • Provide technical support through email and telephone to parents of children using our programs and services

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and office policies

  • Process scheduling adjustments, credits, refunds, and registrations

  • Go the extra mile to engage and provides exceptional customer service

  • Project patience, empathy, caring, and sincerity in voice tone and words

What we are looking for:

  • High school degree or GED required; Associate’s degree a plus
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences, including the ability to remain calm and courteous when handling difficult calls and requests
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly in a fluid, fast business environment
  • Excellent written communication with knowledge of proper grammar and email etiquette
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Job Type: Temporary for 6 months with the possibility of converting to a permanent position.

Position Requirements

What we are looking for:

Education / Experience
