Also, perform some RCA and identify incidents that could be managed by FAQ.   Position Requirements MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Junior status of accredited college or university. Full time status Committed to Information Systems major 2.80 GPA Strong interpersonal communication skills Knowledge of PC hardware Knowledge of Software applications (installation and troubleshooting) ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous hardware and software troubleshooting experience Experience with object oriented programming and SQL Willing to learn, dependable, and motivated to changes   Location Little Rock   This position is currently not accepting applications.
