Share Email Opening Title Payroll Specialist  Category Accounting/Finance   Description Bonnie Brae, a Special Education School and Residential Treatment Facility for at risk youth, is currently seeking a part time (28 hours per week) Payroll Specialist to handle time, attendance and payroll reporting. The Payroll Specialist position requires a minimum of two years' experience working in a fast-paced environment processing both salaried and hourly payroll. Payroll processing experience with a 24/7 operation preferred. Good working knowledge of FLSA, state and federal payroll regulations, general ledger coding, gross to net calculations, pre & post tax deductions, and report generation required. Must be proficient in Excel and at least one major payroll system; experience with multiple platforms and scheduling software a plus. The ideal candidate will be well organized, detail oriented, a creative problem solver, team player, and has the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
