We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who enjoys good pay, great people and a whole lot of fun!

Top Priorities:

  1. Support internal clients by planning meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and other events.
  2. Serves as the central point of contact for employees, clients and vendors.
  3. Coordinate travel for employees and guests.
  4. Prepares, proofreads, and edits various types of documents, presentation materials and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  5. Prepares expense reports; manages ordering, inventory and replacement of supplies and office equipment.
  6. Provide general office support including welcoming guests, answering general phone line, running errands, etc.
  7. Maintain kitchens (clean, load/empty dishwasher, replenish supplies).
  8. Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  1. Extensive working knowledge with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  2. 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience.
  3. Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
  4. Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects.
  5. Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Preferred Qualification:

  1. 5+ years of creating/editing documents, presentations and spreadsheets experience utilizing Microsoft products.
  2. Experience with completing proposals.
  3. Project management experience.
  4. Associates degree or certification in business initiatives.
