Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for meeting the schedule for the assigned projects taking all necessary action to be sure this project is delivered to the customer on time and within budget, with all work completed in accordance with the specifications and leading the assigned crew in completion of their scheduled tasks
Job Duties & Responsibilities
This position leads the proper fabrication and installation of metal goods in aircraft or related products, including but not limited to galleys, ducts, bulkheads, toilets, and sinks. In addition, working from blueprints, drawings sketches or verbal instructions; repairs, modifies, or installs metal and composite structural components.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent preferred with additional courses in structural repair and alteration work in recognized service or technical school.
Five (5) years structural repair experience preferred.
Ability to work from blueprints or sketches.
FAA Airframe and Powerplant license preferred.
Must have required tools.
