Who We Are:

Easterseals UCP provides Residential Services to allow individuals with mental health or co-occurring disorders to live independently in group homes or apartments with support services that help them live, learn, work and play in their community.

This position will cover the Raleigh, Greensboro and Charlotte, NC area.

Position Summary:

This position is a supervisory position overseeing adult support services and Group Home Managers in Mental Health (MH) group home settings and supported living apartment programs as assigned. This position is responsible for ensuring best practices, health and wellness of supported individuals, achievement of programmatic outcomes, development and oversight of budgetary parameters, and compliance with all state, federal, and agency standards as required for assigned services

What We Need From You:

  • The ability to manage diverse duties and multiple priorities.
  • The ability to maintain effective relationships with individuals supported families and community agencies.
  • The ability to analyze and communicate financial reports.
  • Passionate about providing quality supports to individuals manage their Mental Health challenges
  • A degree from an USDOE or CHEA accredited four-year College or university in the human services field with qualifications to be credentialed as a QP in Mental Health.
  • A total of six (6) years’ post degree experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental health disorders with at least two (3) years in a leadership role.
  • A valid state appropriate driver’s license and ability to be insured by Easter Seals UCP’s insurance carrier is required.
