The Partnership Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Marketing Director in planning and executing various marketing initiatives, promotions and activations for partners/sponsors of all of Desert Champions properties such as the BNP Paribas Open, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Oracle Challenger Series, Indian Wells Music Festival, USA Pickleball National Championships and more.
Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Partners Relationsa. Build and foster relationships with current and new Desert Champions partners *b. Gather requirements, facilitate partners activations (online, on-site)*c. Conduct meetings, prepare project plans, deliverables, assure contractual commitments are met *
2. Event(s) Activations a. Create master plan all promotions, events, activities, for all partnersb. Manage various activations during events, gate giveaways, promotions, signage, and more *c. Work with sponsors on ideas and ways to promote their products during the events that is beneficial to them and the tournament.e. Assist with all player appearances pre-tournament and during eventsf. Work with media/PR and internal team on ideas for new ways to engage partners .3. Promotional Materials / Advertisinga. Work with designers, printers and internal teams on all partner activations *b. Gather assets from partners for video content, TV inventory, print ads, social media, etc *c. Assure media / PR / marketing contractual deliverables are met4. Marketing - Miscellaneousa. Help build the Desert Champions brandb. Assist with various event(s) marketing initiatives such as advertising campaigns, press releases and events, digital and social media, photography, and more.*c. Handle various administrative duties such as purchase orders, reports*d. Support Marketing Director and Event Marketing Manager as needed with special projects*5. Indian Wells Tennis Gardena. Support various promotion of the IWTG for both tennis and non-tennis events*b. Handle advertising and help increase membership*c. Support the build and maintenance of the new website*d. Posts social media content of all events*
