We are currently seeking a high energy, professional Customer Service Representative for our Mansfield, MA call center. This position will be responsible for handling incoming calls from a variety of sources (customers, vendors, outside sales) while entering orders accurately.
Ensure the effective process of all types of customer order transactions from phone calls, emails and faxes
Provide exemplary customer service and issue resolution
Call customers with any delivery changes
Contact other departments as necessary to communicate any changes to orders
Provide proper recommendations to customers regarding products
Other projects and duties as assigned.
Excellent communication skills (Verbal, phone, email)
Call center experience required
Inside Sales experience appreciated
Strong computer skills, including AS400 experience, as well as Microsoft products
Ability to multitask and work with other departments
Knowledge of flooring products preferred
