In fulfilling our mission, Corporate Communications assists the Business in delivering the US Business Strategy. What are the objectives/goals of the position? The goal for the intern is to provide him/her with a valuable learning experience participating in corporate affairs activities across all of AZ’s Oncology franchises. What are the primary duties of this position? Responsibilities can include working with CA colleagues and internal clients to plan and develop external communications – could include press releases, Q&As, social media content, patient advocacy engagement, event planning and execution – as well as internal communications – content for the intranet, Workplace, town halls, etc.   Position Requirements What technical skills are required? Strong communication skills – verbal, written and listening High proficiency and experience with the full Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook Entry-level design experience desired but not required Experience with social engagement through platforms such as Facebook, Twitter Previous experience working in a corporate environment preferred, but not required   Full-Time/Part-Time Seasonal   Location Gaithersburg, MD   This position is currently not accepting applications.
