POSITION SUMMARY
RagingWire Data Centers (an NTT Communications company) is looking for a talented and innovative Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist to join the team. Primary objective for this position is to create programs and campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and create awareness using integrated marketing and communication channels. This role requires hands on B2B marketing experience in demand generation targeting decision makers at large enterprises via account based marketing (ABM), search engine marketing (PPC and SEO), online advertising, and email nurturing. In addition, requires a very strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (particularly Marketo, Eloqua and Salesforce), data management, lead management, and analytics. The Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist will focus on both inbound and outbound campaigns and owns the complete lead lifecycle process - from initial acquisition to qualification, sales enablement and tracking through the pipeline.
This position will be a key part of the Marketing Team collaborating with a Graphics Designer, Content and Media Manager, and Field Marketing Specialists. In addition this role must work effectively across the company including Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and executive management as well as external vendors/service providers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the full lifecycle of Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs by identifying, analyzing and engaging new opportunities. Improves the campaign effectiveness and sales engagement by uncovering and using tactics and tools available in the marketplace for ABM and data management.
Works hand-in-hand with the sales team to develop multi-touch campaign strategies and lead nurturing campaigns.
Manages and optimizes RagingWire's search engine marketing programs, display advertising and social media campaigns for better leads and ROI.
Collaborates with sales and marketing management to identify and implement processes to increase sales opportunities and sales cycle efficiencies.
Serves as marketing lead in managing, measuring, tracking and reporting on metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, lead quality and ROI.
Explores and identifies next generation tools and systems to boost lead generation with out-of-the-box thinking and attitude.
Contributes to development of marketing strategies, budgets and training.
Regular, predictable attendance is essential for satisfactory performance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Extensive knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce.com. Knowledge of Eloqua is a plus.
Solid hands-on experience and knowledge of Account Based Marketing (ABM) methodologies, tools, and program execution is very critical.
Highly motivated, collaborative, deliverables-driven and self-starting individual with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Thorough knowledge of online marketing (PPC, SEO, display and social advertising).
Proficiency with MS Excel and data management.
Ability to logically analyze and solve problems.
Excellent project management, interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be a technical marketer. Needs to be energized by the data center space.
Proficient with computers to include the utilization of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Able to work in a team environment.
Manages stress and/or fast-pace effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
5 - 7 years of B2B marketing campaign management experience.
Must possess solid knowledge and hands on experience managing account based marketing, online advertising, email marketing and data management.
Requires knowledge and experience on how to segment the prospect/customer database and build persona based email campaign.
Must have strong knowledge of campaign integration with Marketo, Eloqua and SalesForce.com.
Familiarity with data center or critical facility environments strongly preferred.

Travel requirements approximately 10-15%.
