Share Email Opening Title Program Analyst   Description The Columbia Group (TCG), a technical services support company which has a successful 50+ year history of providing the United States Military with acquisition, logistics management, engineering, design, fabrication, test and evaluation, information technology and financial management support services is seeking a Program Analyst to provide program management, technical and analytical support to NAVSEA. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Manage document control and analysis process. Maintain data on a electronic document control system. Provide professional support services to the Inactive Ships Program Office. Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of inactive ships. Provide reports, reporting status, and report metrics. Provide recommendations for process improvements. Participate in all technical reviews including meeting minutes and action item follow-up. Performs tasks to ensure that the inactive ship inventory is managed in a manner most advantageous to the Government to include ship dismantlement, support for weapons effects testing, foreign military sales transfer, and donations. Coordinate details with and between the three Inactive Ships Maintenance Offices located in Bremerton, WA, Philadelphia, PA, or Pearl Harbor, HI.   Position Requirements Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a DoD or Navy acquisition professional services support role. (Education and work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience) Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities and have strong customer service skills. Working understanding of Navy Life Cycle Management planning and execution a plus. Previous experience in support of a Navy Shipbuilding Acquisition or Life Cycle Management Program Office a plus. Candidate must have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
