The Guest Engagement Manager plays an integral role in creating outstanding guest experiences and supporting the mission of the Desert Museum. The position is responsible for managing operations related revenue streams including membership, private events, and other ancillary operations. The individual is flexible and accommodates ever-changing organizational and business needs.
Directly supervises multiple employees and volunteers with a variety of job functions. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education/Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Employment experience in a cultural attraction setting preferred.
