This position will be responsible for CUSO Financial Services, L.P.’s (and its related entities) financial planning and analysis process. This role will support long term planning and the daily decision support process.

Position duties include but not limited to:

  • Support strategic planning process by leading strategic analysis and forecasting
  • Lead annual planning process, including;
    • Establish budget process and timeline
    • Revenue and expense target setting
    • Create staffing model to assistant in budgeting / planning needs
  • Establish new business pricing
    • Financial institutions
    • Independent advisors
  • Create business segment profitability
  • Support management reporting
    • Enterprise reporting and discussion and analysis
    • Continually refine key performance indicators
    • Integration of new entities
  • Lender reporting and covenant monitoring
  • Lead projects as assigned
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; with five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. M.B.A. in Finance preferred.
  • Requires experiences in the following: financial statements preparation, conceptual level presentations, and auditing processes, advanced knowledge of financial statement interpretation methodologies and project management.
  • Ability to anticipate the next step in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess high ethical standards including honesty, integrity and dedication.
  • Financial Services experience a plus.
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, Sage AccPac, Outlook and 10-key by touch.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Exceptional verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal relationship and collaborations skills.
  • Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
