This person must have strong expertise in data analytics and report setup. Job Duties Working with large amounts of data across multiple systems and analyzing this information to find conclusions Using these conclusions to provide insight and translation to leadership, both verbally and in writing Compile data and information and create automated and ADHOC reporting Create SQL inquiries to pull information off of servers to be used in reporting Assist with necessary reports to help improve information including creating Dashboards in Cisco and Power BI Train others on creating basic reports in different system Work with leadership team to create data warehouse and load information and data into server Understanding the information and identifying trends, as well filtering and cleaning data for accuracy Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements Will receive other duties as required from direct manager and leadership   Position Requirements Requirements: Previous experience with data analytics, preferably 3-5 years Bachelors degree preferred in relevant field Strong attention to detail Excellent mathematical skills Experience with advanced functions of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, advanced charting, etc. Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Rate of Pay   Position Business Analyst   Location Phoenix   About the Organization Valor Global was founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 2004.
