An associate attorney is responsible for conducting depositions of fact and expert witnesses; developing, sending, and responding to discovery; effectively communicating with clients; researching and drafting motions and briefs; and generally working up an asbestos-disease case from intake to trial.
1-2 years of Plaintiff's personal injury experience (Preferably prior asbestos experience)
Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois and be willing to take Missouri Bar
Must be willing to travel 80% of the time
