Location Tulsa, Oklahoma Headquarters  
Pay $12/hr  


The Aircraft Records Technician duties shall include but not be limited to the following:

ˇ Maintain aircraft records, including engines and components.

ˇ Distribution of aircraft records to aircraft and engine current files, AD compliance files and historical records files.

ˇ Maintain computer files for aircraft records as directed by the Quality Control Department.

ˇ Perform general office duties (filing, copying, scanning, mailing, etc.)

Position Requirements


· Type minimum 40 wpm

· Computer proficiency skills (Excel, Word, Windows)

· Organizational skills

· Communication skills (oral and written)

· Attention to detail

· Data entry

· Team player

· Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

· Must be able to pass a 10-year Background/Criminal check and pre-employment drug screen


· High School diploma or GED (required)

· Previous aerospace and/or aircraft records experience a plus


· Stand – 5%

· Walk - 5%

· Sit - 90%

· Lift – up to 10 lbs

· Climbing and filing on ladder


· Requires ability to handle numerous activities at one time

· Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information

· Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule on short-term basis (longer than one month)

· Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, and conduct routine oral communication

· Ability to compose materials such as detailed reports, work-related manuals, and publications
