Description:

The Market Delivery Manager (MDM) Intern will work with the Market Delivery Managers and our Brand Marketing teams, Ad agency partners and production teams to understand the business and help support AstraZeneca priority deliverables. The MDM intern will strive to understand business priorities and assist the MDM in the development and delivery of Brand collateral and product launches, as well as provide support to our core operational and reporting priories.

Major Responsibilities

  • Work directly with our creative agencies and our preferred suppliers to assist in the delivery of assets, including; websites, email, banner ads, iPad shows and print.
  • Understand and maintain knowledge of Brand strategy and business objectives to align marketing programs with Brand goals
  • Assist the MDM throughout the production life-cycle, alongside the Planning Operations Manager and Brand Marketing Manager, to gain alignment regarding production milestones, risk management, and resolution
  • Expertly manage complex and concurrent Brand marketing programs, aligning the content production approach to meet Brand priorities
  • Assist in gathering requirements through scope clarification dialogue with Brand representatives at initiation and throughout project
  • Assist in reducing redundancy/increasing re-use of promotional assets

     
    Position Requirements

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of college in relevant field (e.g. business, marketing or web development/digital design)
    • Seeking Senior or MBA Students
    • Ability to connect with people and communicate effectively
    • Project Management Experience
    • Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience Required
    • Exposure to this opportunity will help develop skills for what AstraZeneca positions.
