The spa receptionist's focus is to provide world-class service to our guest by greeting, scheduling and providing knowledgeable sales services for all clientele.
They are responsible for setting a warm and welcoming tone for the Edgewood experience. This position requires strong customer service skills to be delivered efficiently, with upmost professionalism, while maintaining the company's expected high quality standards and adhering to the department standard operating procedures. All spa staff will exhibit excellence in cultivating the Edgewood Vision by executing both employee and guest engagement standards.

Position Requirements

• Excellent phone etiquette is a must and attention to spa appointment details is very important.
• Ability to learn new skills on the computer.
• Excellent customer service skills necessary.
• 2 years experience in luxury hotel customer services, or spa service.
• Experience working with Spasoft is preferred by not required.
• Must be a team player and have an upbeat attitude.
• Basic computer skills
• POS system knowledge
• The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly effective professional.
• Previous experience in hospitality would be preferred and commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Proven experience as hotel/spa receptionist or spa attendant would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
• Ability in multitasking and time management.
• Aptitude in resolving issues with customer-focused orientation.
• Available to work varied shifts when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
