ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
? Utilize various software applications at an expert level.
? Plays an integral role in data mapping of the data warehouse.
? Plays a underpin role during the budget process providing trends and forecast.
? Develop reoccurring KPI reports mapping database health statistics. Interpret data, provide insight and
? Identify program specific trends and make recommendation for program improvement, i.e. day of week,
program type, offer reinvestment, market segment, etc.
? Develop reinvestment models and projections for campaigns.
? Responsible for completion of down trender reports, player migration and reinvestment metrics based on
Tier score and ADT assessment.
? Develop customized test and control methodology for ease of use and interpretation.
? Maintains player Tier segmentation to include monthly sweeps (upgrades and downgrades), as well as
year-end down grades.
? Develop and execute customized reports and provide advanced training to end user.
? Conduct front and back end analysis of marketing programs related to casino marketing and direct
? Monitor marketing programs and evaluate effectiveness.
? Work closely with Player Development on list management and list tracking.
? Facilitates the flow of information throughout the department by attending regularly scheduled meetings
and conveying accurate information to affected departments.
? Must be able to investigate and help solve data quality issues.
? Maintains all project files for active and future database marketing programs and mailings.
? Create master pro-forma of the marketing calendar.
? Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior
