You will maintain the physical asset in good condition to drive guest satisfaction. You must understand how critical first impressions are and that everything must be kept in working order for a great the guest experience. Must provide assistance to any guests or employees that need help rectifying a problem and must be able to assist with preventable measures. As the maintenance person, you possess many skills and resources to get the job complete. You must have a good working knowledge of all general trade skills and communicate closely with the hotel's management teams to keep them updated on your work. You must take pride in what you do and the hotel. Job Type: Full-time   Position Requirements Must haves: You are mechanically inclined. You have experience working in a commercial maintenance environment (preferred). You have a working knowledge in HVAC, plumbing and electrical (preferred). You have a working knowledge of light carpentry, painting and wallpaper application (preferred). You have a working knowledge of grounds and facilities maintenance equipment. You are outgoing, friendly and can communicate professionally with our guests, your supervisor, and your co-workers You take pride in your work. You like working with a team of people just like you. You are actively engaged and passionate about where you work. You work with professionalism and integrity. You must have a valid drivers license.
