Description

Responsibilities

  • Managed trouble tickets and service requests to include tickets that are escalated from team members
  • Support and administer contact center applications including, Calabrio Quality Manager, Calabrio Workforce Management, Upstream Works for Finesse
  • Work directly with customers, and UC managed services team members to interpret reports generated from contact center applications including CUIC, Calabrio Quality Manager, Calabrio Workforce Management and Upstream Works for Finesse
  • Participate in on-call rotation for voice infrastructure P1 incidents

Essential Duties

  • Experience administering enterprise IP networks in mission-critical, 24x7 production environments
  • Experience in high-availability networks in load-balanced, n-tier application environments
  • Extensive experience with Cisco router hardware and network protocols.
  • Ability to conceptualize, design, implement and support a multi-carrier, multi-site redundant meshed network
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work with and manage hardware vendors, network service providers and contract service providers
  • Ability to work independently and analyze, interpret and accurately summarize complex business processes and detailed information
  • Ability to use considerable initiative and exercise sound judgment in making conclusive recommendations based on business needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to communicate to all members of the team; this entails upward communication to superiors, downward communication to subordinate, and horizontal communication to peers
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with OSPF, BGP, ISIS, IP SLA
 
Position Requirements

Education & Experience

  • CCNA Routing and Switching Certification (required)
  • Cisco ISE, NAC experience (desirable)
  • BA/BS in Information Technology or Technology related degree (preferred)
  • Minimum five (5+) years of experience working in technical support role
