Description

ATC is currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our Anchorage, Alaska office. The ideal candidate will assist the Branch Administrator with administrative, accounting and invoicing functions associated with consulting and lab services for the Anchorage Branch. The position will report to the Anchorage Branch Administrator..

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Utilize ATC's financial system, BST, to setup & maintain new and existing projects, generate client invoices, manage and organize project files and contracts, update the customer master file with contact information, setup and maintain vendors, process check requests and credit card payments, review account receivable ledger, reconcile month end general ledger and review project financial reports.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers as requested including but not limited to answering the phones, ordering supplies, and maintaining files.
  • Review/report status of accounts receivables and status of invoicing.
  • Abide by ATC's health and safety policies and procedures.
 
Position Requirements

Basic qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with 2+ years of experience.
  • A.A or B.A degree in accounting, business administration or related field, a plus.
  • Good understanding of accounting, financial systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office®.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet organization and project objectives.
  • Technically adept, flexible, and forward thinking.
  • Exhibits attention to detail, and able to work under periodic time constraints
